Round table: “The fight against looting and illicit trafficking in antiquities: new challenges”

The fight against illicit trafficking must increase not only its investigative means to adapt to the new forms of this crime, but also to rethink the current situation and what new challenges it faces.
This round table, which will take place on Tuesday May 9 in the Assembly Hall of the Faculty of Geography and History of the Complutense University of Madrid at 4:00 p.m., brings together specialists from various fields who will offer their visions to outline the new challenges of this problem.
Speakers: Ana Yáñez (Complutense University), Antonio Roma (Santiago Prosecutor’s Office), Almudena Bernabeu (Guernica 37 Group), Juan José Águila (Historical Heritage Section of the Civil Guard), Ignacio Jovtis (Clooney Foundation for Justice), Ignacio Rodríguez ( Nemesis Association) and Francisco Rufián (Municipal Police).
Admission is free until full capacity.
