The working group on Heritage Education and Generational Renewal in the Landscape of Light Project, Paseo del Prado and Buen Retiro, Landscape of Arts and Sciences, organizes a conference aimed at Primary and Secondary Education teachers from any center: historical institutes, special education centers, concerted, public, private centers… For sharing the advances, proposals and projects that have been carried out in recent months and show the didactic activities, designed by the Getafe Madrid Association for UNESCO, the City Council and the Community of Madrid, related to the Landscape of Light; so that all those who are interested can develop them in the next course.

The objective of this meeting is to train the trainers so that they communicate to their students the values ​​that this World Heritage houses. Heritage education goes beyond the classroom and is aimed at adults and young people because everyone can become participants and transmitters of this concept.

The conference will be held on February 16 in the morning, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., at the Ramiro de Maeztu Institute in Madrid (c/ Serrano 127. Music Room. First Floor), an educational center that collaborates with the project, belonging to the network of Schools associated with UNESCO.
