This week the students of Colegio FEC Santa Joaquina de Vedruna, winners of the game “Theft of the Landscape of Light” in Minecraft, have visited the Landscape of Light Interpretation Center guided by a member of the World Heritage and Heritage Dissemination Service. The students were able to enjoy this visit as well as a guided walk through the statues on the Paseo del Prado. These visits are part of the rewards that were awarded to the winners of the video game.

The educational video game titled “The theft of the Landscape of Light” in Minecraft has been developed by a group of students from the Video Games Degree of the Francisco de Vitoria University. In this game, several tests related to different subjects such as Mathematics, Natural Sciences or English are proposed. The game was tested in a competition in which several schools participated and among which the students from the FEC Santa Joaquina de Vedruna School, in Madrid, were the winners.
